FAQS
Why is the Operational Intake Audit mandatory?
Our firm operates on a "Zero-Failure" mandate. To provide government-grade stewardship, we must first map the entire landscape of your estate—including medical, financial, and digital touchpoints. The $1,000 Audit ensures we have a professional, encrypted foundation and a 12-Month Personal Continuity Roadmap before daily management begins.
How quickly can services begin?
Following the successful completion of your Intake Audit, daily stewardship typically begins within 48 to 72 hours. This allows our team to securely calibrate your "Vault" and establish initial liaison protocols with your existing vendors and providers.
How do I know my sensitive data is safe?
Privacy is our primary directive. We utilize bank-grade, 256-bit AES encryption and HIPAA-compliant servers for all document storage. Furthermore, our Managing Principal’s 15+ years of government service means we operate under strict internal security protocols that exceed standard administrative services.
Are you a home health agency or a law firm?
No. The Principal Collective is a Private Advocacy and Stewardship Firm. We do not provide clinical medical care or legal advice. Instead, we serve as your Professional Liaison—managing the logistics, paperwork, and communication between you and your licensed providers (doctors, attorneys, CPAs) to ensure your directives are executed perfectly.
What is "Borderless Stewardship"?
Many of our Principals maintain multiple residences or travel frequently. Our "Borderless" protocol means our advocacy follows you. Whether you require remote tech support for a "Tech Bridge" issue or on-site team mobilization for a transition at a secondary estate, we are equipped to support you anywhere in the country.
How do you track your time?
Transparency is key to trust. We track all stewardship activities in 30-minute increments. Every month, you receive a detailed Stewardship Report that breaks down exactly how your hour bank was utilized, providing full visibility into the movement and management of your estate.
Can I change my service tier as my needs evolve?
Absolutely. We recognize that life transitions are dynamic. You may scale your tier up or down with 30 days' notice. Many families start at the Essential Guard level and move to Principal Advocate as they experience the value of our medical and logistical oversight.
What if I need more hours than my monthly tier provides?
If a specific project (such as a relocation or medical crisis) requires additional time, we will notify you immediately. Additional hours are billed at our standard professional rate only after your explicit consent, or you may choose to utilize a Rapid Recovery Project Bundle for a fixed-fee solution.
